Countries eligible for shipping

We deliver throughout the European Union as well as in Switzerland, Norway, the United Kingdom, Turkey, and Andorra.

Order Processing Times

After placing an order on our site, we require some time to process it. We strive to process all orders as quickly as possible.

Delivery Methods

We offer several delivery options (Mondial Relay, GLS, Chronopost) displayed during the order process, depending on your geographical area.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the package's weight, size, destination, and chosen delivery method. They are indicated before you confirm your order.

Free shipping on purchases of €120 or more for orders to European Union countries, excluding promotional offers and orders containing suitcases.

Delivery Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide you with a tracking number via email.

General Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

Products must be returned in their original condition, with all tags intact and no signs of use.
Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
Only one return is accepted per order. All items to be returned must be grouped into a single package.
If the conditions are not met (product worn, damaged, soiled, or without tags), 50% of the amount will be deducted from the refund.

Return Procedure

Go to our return portal: https://kaporal.fr/a/return
Follow the steps to submit your return request.
Carefully package the product in its original packaging.
Ship the product to an approved drop-off point with the provided label.

Important: Returns must be made exclusively via Mondial Relay, Chronopost, or GLS with the provided label. Once the label is generated, you have 30 days to drop off the package.

Refunds and Exchanges

Exchange (size, color, etc.): free, regardless of your delivery country.

Refund (change of mind): return fees are deducted depending on the country:

France: €9.50 (Mondial Relay)
Belgium: €5.90 — Germany: €7.90 — Italy: €9.00 — Spain: €8.90
Netherlands: €7.50 — Portugal: €9.00 — Luxembourg: €7.90
Sweden / Finland / Denmark / Estonia / Lithuania / Latvia: €8.90
Poland / Hungary / Slovakia / Czech Republic: €9.90
Slovenia: €10.90 — Croatia: €11.90
Greece / Ireland: €32.00 — Romania / Bulgaria / Malta: €41.00
United Kingdom: €65.00 — Switzerland / Andorra: €60.00
Norway / Gibraltar / Liechtenstein / Turkey: €99.00

Store Credit / Voucher: if you choose a store credit (valid for 1 year), return fees are waived and a €10 bonus is added. The store credit cannot be converted into a refund after the return is closed.

Product defect or our error: free return, full refund including initial shipping costs.

For the following countries, only refunds are available (no exchanges or store credit): Greece, Ireland, United Kingdom, Bulgaria, Romania, Andorra, Gibraltar, Liechtenstein, Norway, San Marino, Switzerland, Turkey, Malta.
